Furness Rly 2-4-2T No 73 1. FR loco red with lining. Sharp,Stewart built 19 2-4-0s in 1870 - 1882 for passenger service. Seven were converted to 2-4-2Ts in 1891 including No 73. It had been built in 1872, and was withdrawn in 1919. Nos 70 and 71 survived long enough to be allocated LMS Nos 10619 and 10620 respectively, but were withdrawn in 1924 without carrying them.
