Furness Rly 0-6-0T No 83 1. FR loco red with lining. Last of six locos built in 1867 - 1873 by Sharp, Stewart. In effect tank versions of the 'Sharpies', they were known as 'Neddies'. Four of the class passed to the LMS as 11549 - 11552 (the former No 83). All were withdrawn in 1925.
