Bill lived most of his life in Barrow moving to Cark in his retirement. When he died his widow handed Bill’s collection of slides and negatives to the CRA.
Bill was a more than competent drummer but his day job was as a bus driver for Barrow Corporation Transport. Rumour has it that he would occasionally take his service bus off route to collect his kit from his latest venue!
